We have experience with working along Samsung and their technicians. Our reviews show our customer satisfaction in their complicated jobs that they may bring us. We do repairs for small businesses as well as repairs for wholesale companies in bulk and cooperative clients. Our leading clients are NHS Staff and Vehicle Recovery companies.
Due to our steady growth, a fantastic opportunity has surfaced to join Mobile Ware LTD as an experienced Mobile Phone Hardware Technician / LCD Refurbishment Technician in our professional repair team in our state-of-the-art lab based in Greater Manchester. This will also be a great opportunity to work as a professional in a wholesale environment.
You will be involved in full diagnostics, repairs and refurbishment of mobile phones, tablets, LCDs, motherboards, and other related electronic items. You must have experience in servicing & repairing mobile phones, including board level soldering. Knowledge and experience with mobile phone software, including unlocking, will be beneficial. We are looking for applicants who have a desire to progress and can add value to the business in the form of their skills, sets and personality.
At the moment, there are limited number of companies capable of refurbishing LCDs and the recycling of sandwich motherboards. The consumption of LCDs is unbelievable, and we are looking to undertake the process of recycling and upcycling LCDs to minimalize cost and stop waste being added to landfills as part to our “Keep Tech Living Longer” goal.
THE OPPORTUNITYFor this to be cost effective, we have available the suitable equipment from Korea, Japan and China to carry out this task and now we are looking for a potential employee who can match the following requirements:
- - How to separate glass from LCD assembly and process of full refurbishment.
- - Fault diagnostics on devices
- - Swift and accurate repair and/or refurbishment of mobile phones, tablets and laptops
- - Replacing components
- - Hot Air Machine
- - Training apprentices in standard repair techniques and cooperating with www.OurFutures.co.uk
- - Manage unlocking procedures
- - Autoclave machines, knowledge of machines and processes to change glass on Apple and Samsung devices Key Skills, knowledge & experience
- - 2+ years' experience repairing smart phones, tablets and laptops
- - Level 3 experience is desired but not compulsory
- - Qualified in Electronic Servicing and Repairs or alternative qualification.
- - Soldering IC on logic board / Replacement of Logic Board Connectors
- - Laptop and Mac Repairs and Software knowledge
- - Experience with soldering level repairs essential
- - Mobile (Apple, Samsung, Nokia, Huawei), and electronical gadgets technical know-how
- - Record keeping and work completion entry data
- - Be responsible and take ownership of all devices allocated to you showing a recognition of customer / business needs.
- - Work with skill and care to minimize failure and therefore lower financial impact.
- - Feedback to the Team Leader on any issues or delays so they can be dealt with, and the customer’s expectation met.
